License Agreement

Effective Date: 05.01.2025

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (an individual or organization) and PianoChest.com, governing your use of the digital sheet music, audio files, software, and other digital content (“Product”) available through a paid subscription to PianoChest.com.

By subscribing to, accessing, downloading, installing, or using any Product from PianoChest.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

1. License Grant

With an active subscription, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

Use the Product for personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
- Music teaching, private lessons, classroom use, and educational platforms
- Recording, livestreaming, social media posts, video production, podcasting, or blogging
- Client work, paid performances, or other content monetization
Install and use the Product on multiple personal or work-related devices
Publicly perform, demonstrate, or display the Product as part of your services or content

This license remains valid only while your PianoChest.com subscription is active. It will automatically terminate when your subscription ends or is canceled.

2. Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the original Product files (e.g. raw sheet music, backing tracks, unmodified resources)
You may not include the Product in resale packages, content libraries, or other services
You may not claim authorship of original content from PianoChest.com that you did not create

If you wish to license content for redistribution or resale, please contact PianoChest.com directly.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided via PianoChest.com remains the sole intellectual property of PianoChest.com or its licensors. You are granted limited usage rights under this Agreement but no ownership of the content itself.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required, but we appreciate credit when possible.
Suggested format: "Made with PianoChest.com” in a video or post description.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
PianoChest.com makes no assurances regarding compatibility, uptime, or specific performance.
All implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) are explicitly disclaimed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PianoChest.com shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from your use of the Product.
This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages—even if PianoChest.com has been advised of the possibility of such issues.
You agree to use the Product at your own risk.

7. Termination

This Agreement automatically terminates if your subscription ends or is canceled
This Agreement automatically terminates if you breach any terms of this Agreement

Upon termination, you must stop using and delete any Product files from your devices unless explicitly authorized to retain them.

8. Updates and Modifications

PianoChest.com reserves the right to update this Agreement or the content at any time.
Continued use of the Product indicates acceptance of any revised terms.

9. International Use and Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement applies to users worldwide.
You agree to comply with all local and international laws, including copyright and content usage regulations.
Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through international arbitration in a neutral venue.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and PianoChest.com and supersedes all prior agreements.
No amendment is valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PianoChest.com.
